The home is among the two mansions being sold by former Wall Street exec Kenneth Pasternak, NJ.com reports.
The other house is located in Avon By The Sea and is listed at $2.499 million.
Pasternak is a co-founder along with Walter Raquet of Knight Trading Group, which at one time the largest market maker in NASDAQ-traded securities.

It's located on the same street as Mary J. Blige's former home and has a stone veranda, pool, spa, two-story cabana, tennis court and rolling lawns.
The house has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and has been listed on Trulia since Wednesday.
